The Incredible Baron was developed by a small core team consisting of just three main people: Victor Chelaru (programming), Stephen Browning (art), and myself (design). The game was originally designed for mobile (iOS, Android, Windows Store), and was later ported to PC for a Steam release.
In addition to development work, I also ran the game’s Kickstarter campaign (which succeeded), and attempted to handle PR and marketing (including web development, press page, and social media accounts).
Ultimately, however, this proved overbearing and we decided to work with a publisher, which also led to the eventual Steam release.
For the Steam release, I handled the Steam store pages and managed the build and DLC packages.
